Jeff Phair - REALTOR®
Meet Jeff: Jeff has over 7 years of experience working as an agent on the Lisa Phair & Associates team. Prior to obtaining his license in 2018, Jeff worked for the United State's Postal Service. Jeff now serves as the active Client Care Director and Coordinator for all of LPA's transactions. His primary goal in this position is to provide all of LPA's clients with outstanding 5-star service and ensure that their respective deal runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Jeff values providing clear communication, timely responses, and regular updates during the entire contract to close process.
Additionally, Jeff is a real estate investor. In his spare time, he enjoys remodeling/"flipping" houses, working on home-improvement projects, playing baseball, watching basketball and is a 3X Ironman Triathlete.
Grace Phair - REALTOR®
Meet Grace! Grace often jokes about how she "grew up in the real estate industry", as she attended her first home showing at the age of two-years-old, was learning about home foundation types at age 5 and began working for LPA as a young teenager! Altogether, Grace has over 9 years experience working in real estate in different capacities, shaping her interdisciplinary approach to working with clients. In 2024, as part of LPA, Grace was recognized for her outstanding sales achievement and was awarded the Ohio REALTORs President's Sales Club Award and the Coldwell Banker International President's Circle Award. More about Grace: Grace is Cincinnati born and raised! As a former Lakota East Alumnus, student at the University of Cincinnati and now resident in Over-the-Rhine, she breathes the Queen City spirit. During her time at UC, Grace studied Spanish and psychology with a focus on Spanish in healthcare and social work. Grace is extremely passionate about helping others, fair housing, DEI, mental health, and advocating for equal rights for all people. When she isn't working, you can find her adventuring: traveling to a new place, trying a new coffee shop or restaurant, walking with her dog, exploring nature, or swimming.
